Yesterday Ableton announced the release of Live 9.6, featuring the already popular Link technology, a powerful new way of integrating and syncing Live with your compatible iOS apps (or just sync several iOS devices, without the usual MIDI hassle).
We thought this was the right time to celebrate with a cool Link-related giveaway.

How about 5 copies of Modstep, the ‘Modulation Monster and the first full-blown MIDI sequencer for the iPad’?

In our Modstep review, we defined the app ‘a great step forward for step sequencing’ and we also featured it in our 2015 Sonic Joy awards.
By the way, Modstep just got updated today.
Version 1.0.2.5 comes with an improved handling of CCs, easier and more direct access to external MIDI sources, several new and updated MIDI Templates (Korg minilogue, Roland A-01, Roland TR-8, Waldorf Streichfett, Meeblip anode, Meeblip anode LE, Korg Volca Beats, Korg Volca Sample), the new Tonal Kits and several bugfixes, enhancements and improvements.

  97. I’m a big fan of Pro Midi (by Vitaliy Tarasyuk) for pattern-based MIDI sequencing on the iPad, but Modstep looks extremely good and powerful not to try it!

  139. Sorry guys…. The camera will work with a camera app from the play store. What I DID have problems with was my streaming apps were losing signal after a couple songs. I did not have this problem with my previous ROM and as soon as I went back to the old one the problem stopped….
