Documentary Of The Week: Modulations (Cinema For The Ear)
|Directed by Iara Lee, member of CulturesOfResistance.org, an activist network that brings together artists and changemakers from around the world.
Modulations (Cinema For The Ear) is an interesting – and not so well known – 1998 documentary focusing on the evolution of electronic music and its many genres.
Unfortunately, the quality of this copy is what it is, but I find it’s still something worth watching for any music and technology addict.
Featuring artists like Afrika Bambaataa, Carl Cox, Moby, Moroder, Genesis P-Orridge, Karlheinz Stockhausen, DJ Spooky, Modulations (Cinema For The Ear) it’s a fascinating trip through the history of electronic music.
Enjoy and share with your friends!
